To ensure your attendee badge and registration is correct, please make sure your profile is up to date with current information. If you are unsure of your member status with CSAM/ASAM, please email memberservices@csam-asam.org.
Please review the following registration options before starting your registration:
1) Board Exam Prep Course or Wednesday Workshop ONLY Registration (not attending the Plenary Conference)
If you are planning to ONLY attend the WEDNESDAY WORKSHOPS or BOARD EXAM PREP COURSE, please select the "Wednesday Only" registration fee option (which will initially show $0.00), and then select either the Board Exam Prep Track or the Workshops Full-day/Half-day option (these options will show the actual price based on your member status). If you select a Workshop option, you will receive an email after your full payment is received to RSVP for the specific Workshop course.
2) Plenary Conference PLUS Board Exam Prep Track or Wednesday Workshop
If you are planning on attending the Plenary Conference program (Thursday - Saturday) PLUS a Wednesday Workshop or Board Exam Prep Track, please select your Plenary Conference registration type, then you will be able to "add-on" a Wednesday Workshop or Board Exam Prep Track on the next registration page.
3) Plenary Conference Registration ONLY
If you are planning on attending the Plenary Conference program, please select your Plenary Conference registration type, then ignore the "add-on" options for the Wednesday Workshop or Board Exam Prep Track.

Changes/Cancellations/Refund Policy:
To make any changes to your registration, please reach out to conference@csam-asam.org. Cancellations on or before July 31 are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellation will be given after July 31. All requests for considerations must be received in writing.
